Sunday not a bad day for sports fans

Sunday wasn't a bad day for sports fans.
There was some exciting NBA playoff action on the tube, some wicked wrecks and an unexpected winner at Talladega (Brad Keselowski), and you could flip over to ESPN and keep track of Day 2 of the NFL Draft.
The draft is fun for us football geeks. We get to play general manager and either celebrate a great pick by our favorite team ... or yell at the TV - like I did when I saw the Cowboys selected a kicker from USC in the mid rounds. Yeah ... a stinkin' kicker.
I haven't had a chance to study all of the Cowboys' picks, but my knee-jerk reaction is that it was a very average draft by Jerry, Wade and the rest of the "War Room." Hopefully they'll prove me wrong.
I imagine we'll talk about it this Friday on "Sports Clips."
Here are the Dallas Cowboys picks in the 2009 NFL Draft.
